6 Feats: Power Attack, Cleave, Improved Sunder, Leadership, Improved Critical Scimitar, Combat Reflexes.
Note: Instead of having a 15th level Cohort, a 11 HD animal companion AND a 10 HD fiendish horse, Omar instead has a 27 HD (337 hp) mature adult Loqland dragon as a mount. See the chapter on Monsters or look under Red Dragon in the MM for relevant abilities.
Tactics: Omar knows he is very skilled with his weapons, and with his huge number of attacks he often uses Power Attack to beef up his damage knowing he will likely hit many times anyway.
Skills: Hide 8, Knowledge Religion 2,
Items: Ring of the Overlord (+3 AC/Saves, Command 5/day, Charm Monster 2/day), +3 Unholy Scimitar, +3 Kukri of Throwing & Returning, Helmet of Deflection +2, and Adamantite Chainshirt +4. Omar has a good supply of Black Wyvern poison, which he poisons his weapons with.
King Grott has many generals in his armies, but one of the best known is Omar the Dwarf-Slayer. Legendary amongst orcs, Omar has proved himself to be a brilliant tactician and an incredible fighter. He now commands the largest section of the orcish army and has led many successful raids in dwarven controlled lands in the west of Korovia. It is believed that he may one day lead an invasion.
General Omar is sometimes seen riding a Loqland dragon (instead of a fiendish servant) and his knowledge of dwarven tactics have shown he has an expert knowledge of how dwarves think and what to do to combat dwarves in response.
Omarís favoured enemies are dwarves, monstrous humanoids (which includes Minotaurs), and humans. He gains a +6, +4 and +2 against them respectively on Bluff, Listen, Sense Motive, Spot & Survival checks and damage rolls. It is no wonder he is feared by dwarves.
It is not dwarves that Omar truly hates however. It is elves. Omar has never seen an elf, but has been raised in a society that hates elves above all other things. He doesnít know how to track elves and knows extremely little about them. His primary goal however, beyond an invasion of Korovia, is an assault on Sylvania. He wants to taste sweet elf blood instead of tough dwarven muscle and bone.
