Ty is 33 years old, but looks like she is about 16. She is also mute. She can’t speak at all. She often uses gestures to communicate. When trying to communicate, it may sometimes be necessary to use a Bluff check (the most relevant skill) and a Sense Motive check for people to understand her. She is not deaf however, as her hearing is actually very good.

Her father Storm Windcrest raised her, and later when her father was murdered, her Uncle Derek Windcrest adopted her. Ty’s elvish mother died soon after Ty was born. Raised by her rogue-ish father, Ty became a skilled thief herself.

While on the road, she met Dmitri and the two promptly fell in love. They have been living in a forest near the trade route between Weyvin and Oraknev. They have been together for twelve years now. Ty sometimes visits Weyvin. She has a daughter who is 3 years old.

Although she is mute and is usually a non-combatant, she is very skilled with a dagger and quite useful in times of need. She prefers not to fight, but is a capable and unpredictable when she does. In combat she prefers to dodge in and out quickly using spring attack, trying to flank an opponent and sneak attack them with her sudden moves.

Ty has a +2 Silver Flaming Dagger(+1d4 fire dmg), a cloak of elvenkind, boots of elvenkind, Mithral Chainshirt +2 and often carries several potions that she has found from killing trolls over the years. Invisibility potions are one of her favourites. The dagger Ty carries belonged to her father. She was 21 at the time of her father's death (she looked to be about 12 years old at the time).
